Biscuits for Two–Quick and Gluten Free Using the Baking Mix
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup homemade baking mix (recipe posted June 29)
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Step 1 | |
Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. | |
Step 2 | |
Turn onto surface dusted with additional baking mix. Knead a couple of times to incorporate a little more mix into the dough. Pat dough into a circle about 1 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter. Do not twist--press straight down. Should make 5 to 6 biscuits. | |
Step 3 | |
Place on ungreased baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. |
